What is a nuisance?
Florida Law defines a nuisance as an activity that annoys the community, injures the health of the community, or becomes manifestly injurious to the morals or manners of the people.
There is an old saying, “a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client”. While this adage often rings true in criminal cases, the same can be said with civil and commercial matters. The internet provides a wealth of legal information. With a quick Google search you can find a lot of information about your case that would not have otherwise been available to you so easily prior to the internet age. While you may be tempted to tackle your legal matter on your own, hiring a lawyer is a worthwhile investment.
