What is a Nuisance?

Florida Statute 823.05 defines nuisance as an activity that annoys the community, injures the health of the community, or becomes manifestly injurious to the morals or manners of the people. Neighbors and business owners cannot use their property in any way that interferes with the use and enjoyment of another's property.
