That is a great question and it depends. In Florida, you can get attorney's fees reimbursed to you by the other side if you win in your case by contract or by statute. Depending on the type of case you have, and depending on the type of issues that you may have in your case, you may be able to get your attorney's fees reimbursed back to you if you win the case but it is something that you really should talk to a commercial litigation attorney and be able to really discuss it with all the different details.
