What is liability insurance?

Liability insurance is commonly called bodily injury insurance, or BI for short, for those of us in the industry. That means that if you're at-fault in a car accident, you will cover the person that you've injured for their medical damages, for their injury for their medicals, and their pain and suffering. What people don't realize, though in the state of Florida is it's not a required insurance, so it's very possible that someone can cause a car accident and then they not have the insurance to cover you for your medical bills, your lost wages, your pain and suffering.

This is something that people need to be more aware of, because it's not a required coverage in Florida and if you're in a car accident and someone doesn't
